Marcia Bull Stadeker has extensive trial level and appellate experience, with a focus in the area of civil rights, First Amendment litigation, whistleblower/qui tam and employment litigation. She began her career as a civil rights attorney with the renowned Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama. As a partner at Dow Lohnes, she has represented clients in state and federal court throughout the country, litigating controversies over constitutionally protected speech and issues relating to retaliation, wrongful discharge, emotional distress and other employment-related claims. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants during her legal career, Marcia has obtained an invaluable perspective from both sides of the table. She obtained her law degree from Harvard Law School in 1994.
