Originally born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Neal moved to Sugar Land, Texas at the age of 12. A member of the first full four year graduating class of William P. Clements High School, Neal established many friendships that continue to this day, showing him the importance of trust and loyalty. Neal has been a member of the workforce for as long as he can remember. As a store clerk, pizza cook, lifeguard, camp counselor, waiter and bartender, Neal learned invaluable lessons about commitment, responsibility and hard work. These lessons form the building blocks of his approach to the practice of law. With dedication and determination, Neal has garnered a wide variety of legal experience in state and federal courts. Having handled varied types of civil litigation in areas such as: commercial disputes, real estate partition suits, employer liability defense, personal injury litigation, construction disputes, family law matters, non-compete agreement litigation, corporate shareholder and director disputes and other complex contract cases, Neal has learned that the only limitations you have are the ones you allow. When not working, Neal remains active in the community, by supporting local charities and other non-profit organizations, participating in intramural sports, and avidly following the Texas Longhorns.
