Johnson, Joseph M.

Patricia L. Jochum is a partner in the law firm of Favaro & Gorman, Ltd. She received her received her B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1989 and her JD from the John Marshall Law School in 1991. She is admitted to the Illinois Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United Sates Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association Employment Law Committee.

Ms. Jochum represents individuals and managements in employment matters in state and federal courts and agencies, including the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with specific emphasis in employment discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wrongful discharge, and employment handbook preparation.

Ms. Jochum has been a speaker on issues relating to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Handbook Preparation.
