Sara Spencer-Noggle was raised in South Haven, Michigan. She attended Central Michigan University, where she obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political Science. Ms. Spencer-Noggle attended Michigan State University College of Law on a full academic scholarship, and graduated summa cum laude in 2006, ranking 3rd in her class of 374. Ms. Spencer-Noggle has worked in the Legal Division of the Executive Office of Governor Granholm and as a Prehearing Attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals. Before joining Joseph T. Barberi, P.C., Ms. Spencer-Noggle served as a criminal defense attorney for the Isabella County Public Defender’s office where she successfully tried numerous jury trials.
