Born in Houston, Texas, Marcus Spagnoletti is the son of Frank Spagnoletti. He has lived in Massachusetts, California, Florida and finally settled back home in Houston, Texas, to practice law and live near his family. Marcus graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where he was a History major. While at USC, he also studied Italian and Chinese. Marcus moved to Miami, Florida, to attend the University of Miami to focus on maritime and international law. During his years in Florida, he co-founded the Mass Torts Litigation Society, which focused specifically on multi district and complex, multi-party litigation. Since graduating from law school, Marcus works on maritime personal injury cases, represents hundreds of victims of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and represents clients in domestic and foreign energy transactions, as well as European and Asian clients in various business matters. It is with this breadth of experience and lifetime in the legal business, that Marcus represents clients at Spagnoletti & Co., fighting for and guiding them daily.
