David P. Jendrzejek represents employers in employment and business litigation. On behalf of regional and national corporations, he has served as lead trial counsel to successfully defend claims for employment discrimination (including age, disability, race, sex and sexual harassment), wrongful discharge, breach of contract, defamation and whistle blowing, among others. His experience includes litigating related business claims involving non-competition agreements, trade secrets, interference with contract and unfair competition. David also represents insurance carriers in insurance coverage litigation involving comprehensive general liability policies, errors and omissions policies, directors and officers policies and professional liability policies.
David has over 30 years of experience litigating civil lawsuits before judges, juries and administrative tribunals. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the region and tried numerous cases to verdict. David is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist and as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
David complements his trial work with mediation and other dispute resolution methods to effectively resolve claims to meet business objectives. As a member of the firm's Employment Law Practice Group, he also counsels employers with practical advice for avoiding claims. David has been a shareholder with the firm since 1985.
