She has substantial experience with immigrant and nonimmigrant law, with particular expertise in crafting viable options for investors and entrepreneurs, as well as athletes and entertainers.
Shaina also has experience in advising clients on licensing technology and related intellectual property rights, including software licensing, technology transfer transactions, content licensing, services agreements and inter-company agreements, and has worked with clients to develop intellectual property protection strategies. She has represented clients in the motion picture, literary and sports industries in negotiating acquisition, licensing, promotion and sponsorship, publishing, screenplay and talent agreements.
