Gretchen Johns:
Gretchen Johns received her J.D. with a focus in Intellectual Property/Entertainment Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2009. She is currently licensed in California and Utah, and handles bankruptcy, family law, trademarks, workers compensation, and estate planning at the firm. In 2007, Ms. Johns worked as Judicial Extern at Calif. Ct. of Appeal, 4th Dist., Div. 3 in Santa Ana for Presiding Justice Honorable David Sills, drafting memoranda on criminal cases; i.e. interpretation of the "Three Strikes" law, difficulties of workers' compensation fraud cases, hearsay and Confrontation Clause issues. Ms. Johns has a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from BYU, and continues to teach as Adjunct Professor at USU after 20 years as a Music Professor in Orange County, California.
