Marc J. Soss focuses his practice on representing individuals in a broad range of estate planning, tax and corporate related issues. Mr. Soss provides guidance to clients by combining wealth preservation strategies with their estate planning goals to reach their planning objectives. These techniques include creating revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning vehicles, including family limited partnerships, grantor trusts and limited liability companies. Mr. Soss also serves as a Supply Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
