After graduating first in her class from law school, Faith joined the litigation group at Sidley Austin. At Sidley, Faith represented clients in an array of complex, commercial litigation matters. Her practice included defending class action securities lawsuits, white-collar/regulatory investigations, breach of contract disputes, and other types of high-stakes litigation.
After five years in private practice, Faith joined the Manhattan District Attorney's Office as a criminal prosecutor. As an ADA, she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and was the lead attorney on numerous jury trials. Her cases ranged from violent crimes including gang assaults, robberies, burglaries, and gun possessions to identify theft, employee embezzlement, and fraud.
In addition to working as an associate at Yankwitt & McGuire, LLP, Faith regularly appears on Fox News Channel and other cable networks analyzing legal issues in high profile cases across the country.
Recently, Faith served as one of the featured speakers at the National Urban League's 2012 annual conference where President Obama was also in attendance and gave the opening address.
