Ricki Anne Sokol, Esq., Of Counsel, to Mark Law Firm, LLC. Ricki primarily concentrates her practice in her practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Condominium representation, Landlord/Tenant issues, Creditor’s Rights, and Foreclosure issues.
Ms. Sokol received her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law, where she was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Mock Trial Team. She practiced in Western Massachusetts before relocating to New Jersey in 1997. She is admitted to both the federal and state courts in New Jersey and Massachusetts. She is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Sokol is the treasurer of Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court where she was a presenter on the issue of Commercial Landlord/Tenant issues during the 2011-2012 year.
