Martin E. Snodgrass, a partner in Snodgrass & Warren, Inc., P.S., has been practicing law since 1976. Martin's practice emphasizes litigation and bankruptcy on behalf of both creditors and debtors, having particular expertise with consumer and business Chapters 7 and 11. He is a member of the Creditor/Debtor and Real Property sections of the Seattle-King County and Washington State Bar Associations, and is Chair of the WSBA Creditor-Debtor section. He has presented numerous CLE seminars on bankruptcy issues, and was selected to present the "Best of the CLEs" to the Centennial WSBA Convention. Martin has been selected by Washington Law And Politics magazine as a Washington State "Super Lawyer" for the last six years. He authored Collection Law And Enforcement of Judgments in Washington, and is the author of two chapters in Washington Law Deskbooks For Lawyers. Martin is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington School of Law.
