Oleg practices in the areas of corporate finance and general corporate law and has worked on transactions involving securities offerings, the formation of real estate funds, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with periodic reporting obligations and other securities compliance matters. Oleg has represented clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, utilities, construction, wholesale supply, and investment banking. Recently, he has worked on transactions and matters involving LaSalle Investment Management, RLJ Development, Resolution Property, Xcel Energy, OGE Energy, Exide Technologies, ThreeSixty Sourcing, and USG Corporation.

Oleg is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Chicago Bar Association.
