Geoff Jarpe has represented plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits and arbitrations for over 40 years, in Minnesota and many other jurisdictions. He has handled hundreds of cases throughout his career, most in a first-chair capacity. Over that span, Geoff has tried securities fraud cases, corporate ownership and valuation disputes, director and officer liability and fiduciary duty cases, tort cases, contract cases, and a variety of real estate cases, including condemnation, ownership, zoning and land use disputes. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and recognized as a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
