BIOGRAPHY:
Kincaid is the Managing Member of the Baton Rouge Office and head of the firm’s transaction and real estate
sections. Kincaid’s transactional practice focuses on all aspects of business formation and organization, commercial title work and financing, contract drafting, and real estate. Kincaid provides support to the litigation section in appellate and complex commercial and contract cases.
