Gina-Marie Izzo, is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex and Monmouth County Bar Associations. She has a Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, in Political Science from Hunter College. She was also certified by the Family Court Division of Monmouth County for the Supervised Visitation Program. Gina-Marie has a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She has been practicing since 1999.

Prior to joining the Karcher Law Firm, Gina-Marie served as a prosecuting attorney with the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney and was subsequently promoted to Senior Trial Attorney, Deputy Bureau Chief, and completed her career with the Kings County District Attorney as a 1st Deputy Bureau Chief.

Gina-Marie has significant criminal litigation experience. Having served as a trial attorney and supervisor for over a decade and prosecuting a wide array of offenses ranging from DWIs to drug offenses to violent assaults, Gina-Marie's unique and extensive experience in criminal practice ensures that our clients receive the best representation available. It is critical that our clients are represented by an experienced criminal attorney who is familiar with Criminal Law and Procedure, to ensure that their rights are protected and they are treated fairly by the Courts.

During Gina-Marie's experience working within the community, representing the "People of the State of New York", and dealing with the concerns of the public, Gina-Marie has dedicated her career to helping individuals. It is this experience that gives her the compassion and understanding necessary to those individuals undergoing divorce, matrimonial problems and other family related issues. Additionally, Gina-Marie has vast experience dealing with crimes between family members including but not limited to , elder abuse, domestic violence and crimes against children.
