Ms. Smith graduated Pace University School of Law in 2006 and was Operations and Colloquium Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review. She interned for the Hon. Theodore H. Katz, Federal Magistrate in the Southern District of New York. She is admitted to the Connecticut Bar (2006.) and New York Bar (2007.)  Ms. Smith practices in Zoning and Land Use litigation.
