Born and raised in Macon, Ken is proud to serve the citizens of the very town where his family has operated its family businesses for generations. He attended Mercer University where he finished his formal education and was awarded his undergraduate, masters and juris doctor degrees.
While in Law School, Ken was selected to represent Mercer University at the Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition where he and his teammates were finalists. Since law school, Ken remains involved in the Moot Court program and helps its teams prepare for competition, and even coaches when the opportunities arise.
Ken is a trial lawyer and focuses his practice in civil litigation, concentrating on personal injury, business law and contract litigation, and consumer debt matters. Ken also practices criminal law and has successfully represented a number of clients facing charges, ranging from simple traffic matters to serious and aggravated felonies.
In the business arena, Ken has been on both sides of the table and has experience in the construction industry, real estate transactions, contractual relations, and business formation, acquisition, sale and dissolution. As the son of an entrepreneurial family, Ken has been a part of creating, owning and operating a number of business and strategic ventures.
