For over 20 years, Tim Ingram has represented only injured persons and their family members in personal injury cases. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars from insurance companies over the past 20 years. He has obtained numerous six figure verdicts and judgments on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Ingram has represented injured persons in both State and Federal Courts throughout Florida. He has represented injured persons on appeal in state and federal trial appellate courts throughout Florida.

Mr. Ingram has appeared, argued, and won before the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Ingram is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. Less than 2% of Florida Bar Members are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Less than 1% of Florida Bar members are Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Ingram is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the US District Court for the Southern District, the US District Court for the Middle District, the Florida Supreme Court and all Florida State Courts.

Mr. Ingram is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association and a member of the American Association for Justice. These two organizations are dedicated to serving the interests of plaintiffs, injured persons, and their families in litigation.

Mr. Ingram was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on February 29, 1960. He was raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky, in 1982. He graduated in the top 10% of his class and earned his degree with High Distinction. He was selected to the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society.

While attending the University of Kentucky, Mr. Ingram was a walk on on the University of Kentucky Men's Varsity Basketball Team from 1978 to 1980.

Following graduation from the University of Kentucky, Mr. Ingram attended the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. While at the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Ingram entered the open writing competition for the University of Florida Law Review. Mr. Ingram was selected to the University of Florida Law Review in 1983 and served as a Board Member of the University of Florida Law Review through 1985. Mr. Ingram received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1985.

Mr. Ingram's hobbies include basketball, both playing and coaching. Mr. Ingram has been married for 27 years and has 4 teenage children. He teaches and coaches his children, their friends, and their classmates in the Countryside Recreation Center Youth Basketball League and AAU Youth Basketball.
