Negin Iraninejadian joined Carlin & Buchsbaum in March 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Negin did a Bridge Fellowship with Public Counsel Law Center’s Consumer Law Project, where she assisted low-income clients in matters involving consumer fraud. During law school, she served as an extern for the ACLU of Northern California’s San Francisco office, where she assisted attorneys in litigation and policy research on cutting edge issues such as cell phone privacy policies, and first amendment free speech rights of union members. She also served as a summer associate for the Irvine office of Crowell & Moring, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Background
Negin received her B.A. in Political Science summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine in 2007, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Negin volunteered for the East Bay Community Law Center’s Worker’s Rights Clinic. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Richard Mendelson, served as vice-president of the Boalt Hall Women’s Association, and as Administrative Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law.
