Mr. Igwe manages international business and immigration matters at the Law Firm of Shaw & Associates, P.C. Mr. Igwe earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Mr. Igwe has worked on an extensive amount of international business and immigration matters, acting as both counselor and advocate in helping to identify the best plan of action for persons seeking entry, continued stay in the United States, and cross-border transactions. The scope of my immigration practice covers filing initial petitions, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and in some cases Federal Appeals.

Mr. Igwe, is originally from Nigeria; and a veteran of the United States Air Force, he fuses both experiences in providing an empathetic and pragmatic approach to solving clients’ needs.

Mr. Igwe is a member of a number of organizations including the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar, American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Nigerian Bar Association.

Mr. Igwe is admitted to practice law in the following jurisdictions: New York, and the Nigerian Bar.
