Ms. Huynh graduated from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, her Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. She served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar representing the United States in Spain. During her time in Spain, she attended the Universidad de Salamanca where she received a Diploma in Hispanic Studies (D.E.H). She received her juris doctorate from the top-ranked health law program at the University of Houston where she focused primarily on public health and policy issues. She was also involved in the Student Bar Association, the Journal of Texas Consumer Law, and has won several advocacy competitions. Ms. Huynh is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
