Hwang, Steven

Elizabeth Harper Skey is an associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2009.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Skey was a clerk for the in-house litigation group at Oracle Corporation, where she worked with Oracle attorneys on commercial and securities litigation matters. She was also a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Skey worked in investment banking for America’s Growth Capital in Boston.
