Mike Silberfarb has practiced in several areas of litigation, including bankruptcy litigation, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Mike was a member of the team that represented Dana Corporation and several of its subsidiaries in its successful reorganization pursuant to chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also was part of the team that represented the Financial Guaranty Insurance Company in disputes related to its recent out-of-court restructuring. In 2008, Mike was a member of a trial team that successfully defended a hedge fund trader against a breach of contract lawsuit brought by his former employer.
