Rhonda Skoby is a shareholder at Kennedy & Graven, Chartered, practicing in the areas of public finance, economic development and redevelopment, and financing transactions.Rhonda joined Kennedy and Graven in 2008.
Rhonda graduated magna cum laude in 2006 from the University of St. Thomas School of Law . While in law school, Rhonda served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and clerked in the Education Division of the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. After law school, she clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Christopher Dietzen from 2006-2007 and the Honorable Wilhelmina Wright and the Honorable Randolph Peterson from 2007-2008.
Rhonda was raised in West Fargo, North Dakota, and attended Hamline University in Saint Paul where she received a double major in Management and English, graduating cum laude in 2000. During and after college, Rhonda worked at the Minnesota Independent School Forum, where she served as a program coordinator, communications associate, and director of development.
Rhonda and her husband, Jason, live in Saint Paul. Rhonda serves as a volunteer tax preparer for AccountAbility Minnesota and volunteers on behalf of the alumni associations of both her college and law school. Her other interests include travel and the outdoors.
