Philip A. Hurtt is an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy law and debtor-creditor relationships. Primarily his practice is focused upon representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy case under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of Bankruptcy code. He is a life long resident of South Oklahoma City. He completed high school at U.S. Grant in Oklahoma City, undergraduate college at the University of Oklahoma and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) from Oklahoma City University. He has unique experience in representing both debtors and creditors in commercial litigation and in bankruptcy. He has been in private practice since 1994 and has completed numerou bankruptcy cases. In addition to his bankruptcy and debtor/creditor work he has extensive experience in family law, probate law, estate planning and real estate.
