Charles is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation group, specializing in intellectual property and constitutional law. Charles' commercial practice focuses on copyright litigation, and has worked on matters addressing the scope of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the intersection of copyright and trademark law. Charles also has substantial constitutional law experience, working on two matters successfully litigated before the U.S. Supreme Court.
