Additional Attorney information:

Why did you choose to practice bankruptcy?  The main reason I had in attending law school was to be able to help people, and I believe the law was the best way to be able to help the most people.  I was not exactly sure what area of the law was going to give me that ability until I discovered bankruptcy law.  Bankruptcy has given me a great opportunity to meet some of the best people I know and to be able to help them when they have bad luck. I’m very thankful to God that he gave the ability to be able to work for Dickerson Law Firm.

What do you like best about our firm, clients, Arkansas, etc?  The staff of Dickerson Law Firm is what makes this firm unique.  They are not only employees they are family.  I consider myself to be the most blessed man to be able to come to work with my best friends!

The clients of Dickerson Law Firm are wonderful people.  They are good, hard working, and talented.  They absolutely are the back bone of Arkansas and what makes Arkansas a great state to live in.

Arkansas is a great state.  From the Hogs in the northwest corner  to the pine woods in the south, Arkansas is a state rich in history, and built by the calloused hands of countless hard working Arkansans.  We are a state of survivors who look at a challenge and find ways to rise to meet it, not look for excuses about why we can’t.

Several years ago, I had the privilege of helping a client who was a breast cancer survivor and owed the hospital in town close to a quarter of a million dollars in medical bills.  And that was after her insurance policy had paid. When she came to see me she was working 3 jobs just to make the minimum payments the hospital was requiring.  She broke down in my office telling me about the guilt she felt in not being able to pay her bills and asked me why she survived cancer if all she was doing now was working all the time to pay the bills.  I explained bankruptcy to her and it was a most amazing change, her tears went from ones of sadness to ones of joy when she discovered that she had a way out that would allow her to enjoy the remaining years of her life and not require her to work herself to an early grave.  Helping people like this client is the reason I work for Dickererson Law Firm.
