Ashley M. Sinclair is a graduate of The College of Charleston, South Carolina, with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Political Science and Spanish. Following her undergraduate education, Ms. Sinclair went on to receive her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree at The George Washington University Law School, where she earned the honor of graduating cum laude. Ms. Sinclair has taken two bar exams, passing both, and achieving the third highest score on the Arizona Bar Exam.
While at GW Law School, Ms. Sinclair focused primarily on criminal defense; Ms. Sinclair interned for the Federal Public Defender, clerked for a state trial court judge, and worked at a private criminal defense firm in Miami, Florida. Ms. Sinclair began representing clients in criminal cases during her third year of law school through a highly competitive practice program, D.C. Law Students in Court. Ms. Sinclair also served as a member of The George Washington International Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Sinclair worked for a private criminal defense firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where she handled numerous types of criminal cases and assisted with appeals and post-conviction remedies. Ms. Sinclair is a member of the State Bar of Virginia and Arizona.
Ms. Sinclair currently represents clients in many aspects of criminal litigation, focusing mainly on DUI/DWI defense.
