Cynthia L. Singer was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Ms. Singer received her Bachelor of Science degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Nebraska, in Lincoln, and her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
She is admitted to the bar in Illinois and Connecticut, where she has been practicing since 1995. Previously, Ms. Singer was employed in the office of the Illinois Attorney General and as a vice president of public finance with Kemper Securities, Inc.
Ms. Singer joined Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara in 1997 and practices in estate planning and probate administration. She is a member of the Greenwich, Regional, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.
Among her many civic activities, Ms. Singer serves on the Board of Directors of Greenwich Adult Day Care (River House) and is a member of the Connecticut Advisory Council for the American Heart Association.
