Focus of Practice
Scott Hudson currently practices in the areas of compliance and litigation associated with labor and employment law. Mr. Hudson has represented employers in hundreds of cases before the United States Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and before other federal, state and local regulatory agencies. He has also assisted employers in complying with state and federal employment regulations and developing employee compensation programs, employee handbooks and policy manuals, affirmative action plans, and employee opinion surveys. Mr. Hudson represents clients in federal and state lawsuits and is a frequent speaker at labor and employment conferences and workshops throughout the United States.
