Humbrecht, Josh A.

Stephanie Singer is an associate in the Corporate and Transactional Department, and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2011.

Past Experience

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Singer was a legal intern at Highland Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focused on building companies in the communications, consumer, digital media, healthcare and information technology markets.

While attending law school, Ms. Singer was a teaching assistant to Professor Robert Mnookin and to Professor Alain Verbeke in the negotiation workshop at Harvard Law School. In addition, as part of the Harvard Mediation Program, Ms. Singer mediated cases in Malden Small Claims Court.

Ms. Singer was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2009. In the summer of 2008, she held an internship with the Massachusetts Department of Education, where she researched and drafted a memorandum on pro se litigants that was distributed nationwide and formed the basis of a session at the National Association of Administrative Law Judges. She was also a summer associate at the training and consulting firm Insight Partners.

From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Singer was a marketing specialist for Entrepreneur magazine. While there, she wrote back cover copy, press releases, sales literature, advertisements and a monthly newsletter for Entrepreneur’s book-publishing division.
