Tamara Huculak graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology. She continued her studies at the University of British Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1989.
Tamara (Tammy) Huculak joins Brawn Karras Sanderson as Associate Counsel after practicing law as a partner in a downtown Vancouver law firm for over 23 years. Tammy looks forward to working in South Surrey where her, her husband and son live and becoming more involved in the community.
Ms. Huculak is also a registered trademark agent and is a member of the British Columbia Patent and Trademark Association and the Patent & Trademark Institute of Canada. She maintains a practice which emphasizes real estate development, business acquisitions and restructuring, franchising, commercial leasing, residential conveyancing and mortgages and intellectual property law.
Ms. Huculak is currently a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Real Estate Subsection, Patent and Trademark Association of British Columbia and the Patent and Trademark Institute of Canada and is a member of various boards and organizations, including the Vancouver Board of Trade. Tammy is also an active volunteer in our community, most recently at Southridge School where her son attends. Ms. Huculak is an active skier, snowmobiler, golfer and plays ice hockey weekly in White Rock.
Ms. Huculak is also fluent in the Ukrainian language.
