Todd C. Hoyle focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, wills and trusts, and corporate formation. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate as well as corporations, developers and investors buying and selling commercial properties. He is a founding member of Chaplin, Qureshi & Hoyle and joined its predecessor firm, Freeman & Chaplin, in March 2007.

Todd is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association and Chesterfield Bar Association. Todd graduated in 1992 from Benedictine High School in Richmond, Virginia. He is a 1997 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and a 2000 graduate of the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is a member of the West Richmond Businessman's Association and a past member of the Rotary Club of Bon Air.
