Huff, Winston

Winston Huff's practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Huff's patent litigation experience includes technology ranging from flash memory devices and intraocular lenses to object relational mapping software. Mr. Huff's patent prosecution experience includes satellite communications, medical devices, disc drive circuitry, programming guide software and business method patents. Mr. Huff's commercial litigation experience includes zoning and real property litigation. At the Northwestern University School of Law, Mr. Huff was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and Student Bar Association Faculty Appointments Committee and participated in the Julius H. Miner Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the Ferguson Law Group, Mr. Huff was a practiced patent and complex commercial litigation at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP In New York, New York and Shore Chan Bragalone DePumpo LLP in Dallas, Texas.
