Nikki Siesel has been practicing law for over 15 years, and has specialized in trademark law since 1995. Prior to her legal career, she was a Trademark Specialist at a trademark research corporation. She has been associated with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Manhattan where she practiced trademark law for many years. Ms. Siesel is an active member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. She is also a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association ("WWBA"), and currently she is assisting in the launch of a new committee for the WWBA, the Intellectual Property Law Committee. In addition to practicing in the New York State courts, she is admitted to the United States Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Her current practice enables her to successfully represent clients throughout the United States.
