Howard, Kathleen M.

Ms. Horsfield is an associate in the Litigation Department and is a member of the Life, Health, and Disability and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups.  She focuses her practice on first-party insurance litigation, insurance fraud, disability law, third-party tort, products liability and negligence litigation.

Ms. Horsfield received her B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001, where she earned a Marketing degree and a Certificate in International Business.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School in 2006.  During law school, Ms. Horsfield served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lynn S. Adelman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and also served as a legal intern at the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Horsfield is licensed to practice in New York and Wisconsin.  She is also admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
