Mr. R. Jared Holt is Of Counsel to Bowler Dixon & Twitchell LLP, having previously been a founding partner of the firm. He received his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Brigham Young University in 1997. Mr. Holt then received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the prestigious graduate tax program at the University of Florida in 1998. Mr. Holt has practiced law in Nevada since 1998, and was previously associated with the law firm of Woods Erickson Whitaker & Miles LLP in Henderson, Nevada. Mr. Holt is licensed in Nevada (inactive) as well as Utah, where Mr. Holt has practiced law since 2008.
Mr. Holt has significant experience handling estates and trusts. He has handled the probate of estates both large and small, often resolving disputes related to the estates. Likewise, he has handled the administration and distribution of trusts. Mr. Holt also advises clients relating to the formation of business entities as well as assisting business owners with disputes that naturally arise in the course of business dealings.
