Hood, Sean R.

Sean received his B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School. During law school, Sean worked part-time as a legal intern with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and served as a judicial extern with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio for Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. Sean was also a staff member on the Capital University Law Review. As a staff member, Sean’s comment titled, Bite the Hand that Feeds: Holding Athletics Boosters Accountable for Violations of NCAA Bylaws was selected for publication. Sean concentrates his practice in the areas of Employment, Labor, and Family Law.
