Mr. Holber graduated from Northeastern University in 1982 with a B.S. in Pharmacy. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1988. He currently manages Law Office of Robert H. Holber, P.C. His practice is comprised primarily of bankruptcy related issues, mostly in the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 context, while representing both debtors and creditors. He also has represented clients in the fields of landlord/tenant, general litigation, wills/estates, real estate and personal injury. Mr. Holber was first appointed to the Chapter 7 Trustee panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1993 and has served in that capacity since that time. He has been involved in, and litigated, issues ranging from preferences, fraudulent conveyances, and various other issues involving bankruptcy and other areas of law. He is currently a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Mr. Holber is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, all New Jersey Courts, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New Jersey.
