Mark offers his legal expertise and advice to clients who need assistance with real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing and development of property; business formation and other related matters and issues, including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and joint ventures; matters related to banking and finance; and estates and estate planning.
Mark was a Regent’s Scholar at Eastern Kentucky University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1991. He was licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on October 17, 1991, has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky; and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mark is a member of the Madison County Bar Association (past president) and the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Kentucky Land Title Association.
