Holland, Jay P.

Ian’s practice includes a mixture of family law and civil litigation cases. In the family law arena, he has experience with divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, paternity and relinquishment and adoption issues. In the civil litigation arena, he focuses primarily on contract disputes, including the protection of contract rights of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Ian has experience in probate and in estate planning for estates with less than $1,000,000 in assets.

Prior to joining Heckenbach Thompson Suazo & Dave LLP, Ian worked in a small firm with a varied practice. During law school he also gained valuable experience working for the Denver District Attorney’s Office and the City Attorney for the City of Englewood.
