Holden, Linda E.

Ralph W. Shaw works exclusively in taxation, employee benefits, and ERISA (the primary law governing the operation of pension and welfare benefit plans). He earned his B.S. in Business from the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis in Small Business Management. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver School of Law.

Mr. Shaw is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association (taxation and trust and estates sections), Denver Bar Association, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and he is a member and past President of the Greater Denver Tax Counsel Association.
