Holbird, Tom

Mark S. Hoffman, a graduate of Brown University and Boston University School of Law, is the Managing Partner at Hoffman Law Group. Mark has been an active trial attorney since 1967, and prior to joining Hoffman Law Group in 2011 he operated his own law practice in Walpole for over 35 years. Throughout his career, Mark has concentrated his practice in personal injury trial work, real estate and decedent's estates. He has successfully handled several catastrophic personal injury cases, and has extensive experience negotiating structured settlements.

Mark is a former Vice-President of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a
respected panelist for Commonwealth Mediation & Conciliation, Inc. and New England Dispute Resolution, where he serves as an arbitrator, mediator and case evaluation specialist. He is also a former Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County and a former Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  On a personal note, Mark is the proud father of five children, and he is a Founder and Life Trustee of the Walpole Scholarship Foundation.
