Mr. Hoffman is an experienced civil litigator, having defended numerous clients ranging from large corporations to single person entities in state and federal courts throughout the region. His representations have included multi-million dollar liability and breach of contract disputes, defense of commercial banking institutions in consumer rights matters, responding to inquiries and investigations by governmental agencies, professional liability defense, and the resolution of long-term worker’s compensation claims. Mr. Hoffman has also acted as national counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company and has been requested to represent companies on a pro hac vice basis in out of state cases.
