Mr. Hoberman has over 14 years of experience in fashioning syndications, joint ventures, tenancies in common and other strategic partnerships. Mr. Hoberman also counsels his clients on loan acquisitions, sales and restructurings.

Mr. Hoberman graduated from Binghamton University in 1995 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. He resides in Rye Brook, New York with his wife Robin and their three daughters.
