Spencer was born in Mobile, Alabama and grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. After a short period in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Spencer returned to Alabama in 1995 to complete high school. He then attended the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School Of Law before opening his law firm with Craig Cargile in 2005.
Spencer’s practice focuses almost exclusively on criminal defense, including everything from traffic tickets and DUI’s, to drug charges and serious felonies.
Spencer currently resides in McCalla with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Sam. Spencer and his family attend Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
