Shelly Cozakos, a partner in the firm's Labor &; Employment group, focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment law, litigation and trial of employment related disputes, noncompete agreements and disputes, executive contracts; counseling and litigation on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including FMLA, wage and hour, disability accommodations and labor relations; trade secrets litigation, and commercial litigation. Shelly has experience in representing various employers with disputes over noncompetition agreements. She frequently drafts and reviews employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks and other employer agreements.
