Donald E. Hinton, Jr. practices primarily in the area of eminent domain and real estate litigation. Mr. Hinton represents some of the largest pipeline companies in the country, and has experience in projects approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He also practices in the areas of real estate transactions, torts, contract litigation and collections. He earned his B.S. degree in 1992 and his J.D. degree in 1996 from The University of Mississippi. He was admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit in 1996, and was admitted to practice in Alabama in 2006. Mr. Hinton was recently named a Fellow of The Mississippi Young Lawyers Division through his continued work with the high school mock-trial competitions.
