Danielle M. Hinton is an associate at the Law Office of Dennis R. Vetrano Jr, LLC. She earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2010. Danielle received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2007 from The University of Scranton. Currently, she is obtaining a Masters in Mental Disability Law from New York Law School.
While at New York Law School, Danielle served on the executive board for both the Domestic Violence Project and Students for Children and Families. She was also actively involved in the Courtroom Advocates Program, in which she assisted victims of domestic violence in obtaining orders of protection in family court. During her time in law school she worked closely as a legal assistant with a solo practitioner in the area of personal injury.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Dennis Vetrano Jr., LLC, Danielle practiced in the area of personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, dog bites, and false imprisonment. She also has extensive experience handling DWI and criminal defense cases successful in Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, Westchester, and Rockland Counties.
Currently, Danielle practices in the areas of family and matrimonial law, including divorces, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, child custody, child support, and adoption.
Danielle is an active member of many bar associations including the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Dutchess County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
Danielle is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
